We have done a collection which I think relates to a lot of other people because gold and black are two such colors that a lot of people feel comfortable with. Show their personnel, show a lot of their other shades of beiges, greens, off-whites� but black and beige and gold is something that everyone looks good in and that\'s what we are showing. It\'s a collection of our black and gold sherwanis. And it has works of all different parts of Pakistan - from Swat to Gujrat to Karachi, Sindh, to Multan, to even areas of Islamabad. And that\'s what we wanted to show: we are a designer house from Pakistan; we want to show you the best of Pakistan.\" 5. This summed up not only HSY\'s vision but also one of the core tenets of his design philosophy which has not only served him well but also provided a valuable contribution to the artistic culture indigenous to this land In such an environment, the designers went into the show with cautious optimism.
