'Independent Designer Runway Show  Wednesday, September 23, 2015  Hyatt Regency Bellevue  The Bellevue Collection hosts the highly anticipated, fourth annual Independent Designer Runway Show to kick off Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection.   Featuring eight talented, up-and-coming Northwest fashion designers, this exciting show shines a spotlight on the Northwest’s distinctive fashion scene and works to foster the growth of independent fashion in the region.   Selected local fashion designers are:  Daniel Ressa Cute Like Mad by Jeanette Svensk Li Iris Klein Dawson & Deveraux Dream Dresses by P.M.N. by Phuong Minh Nguyen RO2 by Rana Ottaviani VARSHA by Varsha Agarwal Victoria Postolit   As the spectacular finale of a 6-month long mentorship program designed to develop and inspire through the guidance of a panel of fashion industry insiders, the show features the designers’ one-of-a-kind collections as they compete for a $5000 cash prize courtesy of the Kemper Freeman Family and The Bellevue Collection.   The winning designer will also have a look from their collection on display in a Fashion Frame at Bellevue Square.   VIP tickets are $75 and General Admission tickets are $50. 100% of the ticket price benefits the IDRS fashion fund.
