'Joyce Peñas Pilarsky is a Filipino fashion designer, model and beauty queen. Joyce is a veteran, designing dresses, gowns and fashion accessories for over a decade. Fashion design is a passion for Joyce and she enjoys creating unique collections.  In line with the Fashion Week Brooklyn theme, “Designs of the Times” (Spring/Summer 2015 Collections), Joyce unveiled her latest collections of 60’s inspired fashion in A-line short dresses, bright colors, fully embroidered.
