'After winning the Fashion Icon award at the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards gala, Lady Gaga attended an after-party at the Standard Hotel. There, an eager young fan snapped her picture as she came down the stairs. An overzealous security guard pushed the young man up the stairs, took his phone away and threw it.
