'Miguel Caballero is the self-styled Giorgio Armani of body armor. He launched his business in 1992, selling protective jackets to police officers and politicians fighting in Colombia\'s dirty war. Since then he has expanded his line to include a full line of garments. He also does custom orders for people such as the late Venezuelan leader Hugo Chávez, King Felipe VI of Spain, Barack Obama and Steven Seagal, who ordered a bulletproof kimono. He\'s one of the few tailors in the world who makes a habit of shooting his customers to prove that his products work. He has shot dozens of journalists, customers and even celebrities. Caballero claims that there is a \'survivor\'s club\' of 20 customers who owe their lives to wearing his garments. \"My greatest satisfaction is not earning business,\" says Caballero, \'it\'s saving lives,\" Business is booming. Caballero has opened shops in South America, Europe and has plans to open one in America. This might explain his first time with a booth at this year\'s SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
