'Advanced Pelvic Thrust. Get into a pelvic thrust posture. Extend right leg out, knee slightly bent. Lift your hips pushing through the heel of the left leg and slowly come down. Try not to touch the mat for a constant contraction on the glutes. Do the move for 30 seconds. Pelvic thrust with leg over knee is the modified version. For this cross your right leg over the left knee, push through the heel of the left leg as high as you can, contracting the glutes. Slowly come down. Switch legs and repeat the same move for 30 seconds again. Every Indian Woman should do that for the magical effect it has on the glutes.
